Parable Or Palimpsest? presents twin boulders, riddled with naturally occurring and human-ascribed differences. Graffiti is used as an anthropomorphic flora. This flora measures time with its growth and decay. Representations of anthropomorphized animals both real and imagined as well as caricatured earthly iconography serve as a means of compartmentalizing the perceived amorphous liminal space between humans and nature. The pairings of boulders stand as geological Stoics aging in silence.
